I almost have homes lined up for all the kittens. They are super cute but my house is over run with cats and I long for the day when I have just Salty and her sister Pepper.
For the past few nights I’ve been hearing our resident hyaena across the river. He starts whooping a few hours after sundown and sometimes continues through the night until just before dawn. I’m not sure what Salty and the goats think, but they never seem too bothered by it. I enjoy his calling, all the more because a steadily rising river separates us.
I found this in my local supermarket, Shoprite, yesterday. It’s certainly a different Hermès from what I’m used to but at least their target markets don’t cross.
