My road is flooded! We had 38 mls of rain on Thursday and much more is predicted for the weekend. All that rain turned my road into a series of small ponds. I had plans to go camping in the delta with friends for the holiday but now that’s kind of canceled. Instead we’re going to have a huge slumber party at my house which sounds fun as well though but I was looking forward to swimming in the river and laying round in my bathing suit all day and then sitting around a fire in the evening grilling. Either way it should be fun. Lots of good friends plus good food plus good wine equals fun anywhere.
